Wild Wednesday Book
Children's Ministry does something called "Wild Wednesdays" during the week and each school year the minister asks me to develop a Bible verse memory book for him. This is the cover and a few pages from the third installment [2019-20]. The first year we did a plastic spiral bound flip book and it didn't hold up as well as we needed it to for the grade 1-6 age group so we went with a 6"x9" soft cover book with a laminated cover and that's been more durable.
The children's minister let me write lots of copy in this - when he gives me a project, he typically gives me full creative license and then he edits what I send him.
The sasquatch character is in different poses throughout the book almost like an elf on the shelf. His design could definitely use an update and I plan to do that before making another of these books.

Love doing these - when we celebrate the Lord's Supper in worship, our kids join the adults and the children's minister lets me do funny things as the reminders. And as you may know if you checked out the fall festival project, he loves funny animal photos.

That year I thought I'd brush off my flash skills a little and this is the result. Super small because it was made for our digital road sign that's so very tiny, but I think it turned out great.
Got the roller coaster vector at all-free-downloads.com and the VBS logo is copyrighted by Lifeway - so the only thing I really did for what you see above was the layout and the animation. I'd love to do more of this but there hasn't been a need.
